The room was really nice.It was not dirty but it was not really really really clean.The bed was comfy and the location omg.the location was amazing!! Definitely worth it.The staff was great as well,over all everything was nice what I believe is that a little make over of the whole hotel would be perfect!

Can walk into city centre or metro strop is 4 min walk. Nice restaurants around it too. Fresh towels and bins emptied every day while we were out . Fridge in room which was great for our water, as it was 28 degrees out.

Hotel was cozy and near to metro with direct routes to central station. Several trams for different routes located right outside the hotel. We walked the majority of the times as the weather was nice.... about 25mins walk to Rokin and Dam Square The staff were friendly and professional and available 24hrs. Each time the room was cleaned, clean towels were left.

Hello! The staff is friendly)) The rooms are beautiful, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the water pressure is excellent, all the accessories were there. The view from the window is gorgeous, even with the window closed, you could hear the sound of the waves slightly.

The room is very comfortable, spotless and spacious. The balcony gives a pleasant atmosphere! Staff are friendly and helpful. The drink/snack machine at reception is a plus that makes our lives easier (you’ll need coins).

the property has an elevator which is very helpful for travellers like us. we brought our baby with us and they had the initiative to provide us with a crib. the room is small but has a balcony. the bathroom is small but very clean. towels and garbage are collected everyday even if you dont say it. it was also very near the metro station.

*For us, great location, just walk for 20 mins to city center or 10 mins ride a bike. *Heating was great, we didnt feel any cold while outside was 2-3 celcius *LIFT! You cannot find easily lifted hotels around Amsterdam, you need to climb many stairs for upper floor but we were lucky, 3rd floor with lift was awesome! *You can rent bike directly in front of your hotel

Its kind of old hotel with rooms allocated in two buildings next to each other. Receptionist is so helpful and friendly. HK clean the room everyday. We heard noises from other rooms easily. Transportation isn’t an issue. Tram/train is nearby.

Very good location for Ams - walking distance to the center, but at the same time - just 2 min walking to the metro station. Good in case if you prefer to live not in the very center of all events, but at the same time to have a quick access to all of them. And it was really clean! We even noticed some strong smell of cleaning detergents while opening the room the first time, so for us it was a good sign.

The hotel location was good. The room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It was just perfect for a city break. Apart from the room being cold ( heating was off, but we haven't raised that with reception). Overall, a pleasant stay!
